Sapphire and diamond cluster ring, claw-set with an oval sapphire weighing approx. 4.10cts within a brilliant cut diamond surround, mounted in yellow and white gold, size I ½, with GCS certificate no. 5785-2879, dated 19th June 2025, stating the sapphire is Ceylon origin, no indications of heating.
